To guarantee the continuous supply of coffee to the international market, and based on the provisions of Decree 1714 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and Regulatory Resolution No. 05 of 2015 of the National Committee of Coffee Growers of Colombia, natural persons or Legal entities that want to export green or processed coffee must register as coffee exporters in the National Registry of Coffee Exporters administered by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.
The requirements are set forth in Resolution 05 of 2015 of the National Coffee Growers Committee. Through this resolution, the regulations for registration procedures and for the control and administration of the Registry of Coffee Exporters of the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia are adopted, as administrator of the National Coffee Fund.

Please note that in addition to submitting the form, the natural or legal person must attach:

Certificate of Existence and Legal Representation of the legal person or of the Mercantile Registry Certificate of the requesting natural person, issued by the corresponding Chamber of Commerce not later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submission of the application.

Photocopy of the Single Tax Registry -RUT-

Photocopy of the identity document of the natural person or, for legal persons, of the Legal Representative of the Company

Original of the references related in the form, of one (1) banking entity, issued with an advance not exceeding thirty (30) calendar days to the date of submission of the application, on the financial and commercial conduct observed by the applicant against to the commitments acquired with it;

If applicable, original of the power that the applicant has granted for the subscription and presentation of the application, together with the copy of the identification document of the attorney.
This registration has no cost before the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation.
