Resolution

By delegation of the national Government and in accordance with Law 9 of 1991, with Chapter XIII of Decree 1165 of 2019, the National Coffee Growers Committee established the requirements for the registration of roasters, threshers and soluble coffee factories in the country.
The requirements are set forth in Resolution 01 of 2002 of the National Coffee Growers Committee that regulates the registration procedures.

For the renewal you must send the form every year between January 1 and April 30 to the following email:

To make your Monthly Statistical Report of the Roasting Industry and Soluble Coffee Factories you must enter the following portal:

Please attach the Chamber and Commerce certificate when it comes to registering a new toaster.
