Green coffee milled on 14/64” Ø hole screen with a 1.5% or 5% tolerance of beans retained by the 12/64" screen.
Caracol (Peaberry)
It comprises the coffee of the class known with this name, of large, medium and small beans, with a tolerance of up to 10% of flat beans.
Product of Colombia
Colombian green coffee of quality different from excelso green coffee. The product must meet the applicable phytosanitary requirements. In addition, it must be free from any type of foreign matter, particularly vegetable, animal or mineral, and have a moisture content ranging from 8% to 12.5%.
