Green coffee
It is the product obtained after removing parchment (endocarp) in the milling process. Green coffee is the basic input for making roasted and soluble coffee.

Roasted coffee
It is the product obtained from subjecting green coffee to heat processing, which causes several physical changes and chemical reactions that develop the aroma and flavor of the drink.
Soluble/Freeze-dried coffee
Soluble coffee is the product that remains after water has been removed from the coffee extract, in the form of crystals, powder or dried granules. Due to its production, instant coffee is mainly made up of ingredients that, upon contact with water or other liquids, dissolve or rehydrate.
